U + U Design
Loving all these tags and personalized goods from U + U Design. Although it looks as though most of the items are for a wedding weekend- these all could be easily incorporated for any party. I think the label with the anchor is my favorite!
Personalized Cups
My friends and I hosted an engagement party this past weekend and I wanted to share with you one of my favorite favors from the night. My adorable friend Caroline ordered these Personalized Cups for the party...they were a total hit...and I am definitely going to order them for the next party. Once I download my pictures from the night- will post Court & Ira's cups...Thanks Caroline!!
Sweet Lulu
Shop Sweet Lulu is an absolutely adorable online store...great for party ideas, entertaining, and gifts. I know I did a post about this store before- but I can't get enough. I fear that I could spend a horrid amount of my money on all these finds...too cute to pass up!
Thanks Gen's Favorites for this great find.

Emerald & Ella
I am starting to think that I should do a weekly post to my newest favorite Etsy store...just when I think I can't find anything cuter...I fall across another store. Today I wanted to share with you my find of the Emerald & Ella etsy shop.
I am starting to think of cute ideas for Easter gifts...think these party supplies could be just what I have been looking for!
Hooray for Etsy- you've done it again.

| via Garnish "Don’t our no soup for you containers look fab! The idea is that each guest gets their own serving of caesar salad, with super yum Parmesan crisp on top. And what a great way to personalize everyone’s dish, by using some simple rub-on letters on our wooden cutlery! So easy!" |

Sweet Lulu
I am always in the mood to bake, but with Valentine's Day around the corner...feeling the need to bake even more. Your friends will love whatever you bake up...how can anyone not love something filled with butter, sugar and chocolate? The key to the best baked gift is the presentation. Here's where Shop Sweet Lulu comes in...this shop has everything you need for packaging...party planning too.
These things are all on my wish list:
these straws just can't get any cuter.
Cake Pop Madness
Here's a classic case of "now why didn't I think of that?"...these cake pops are absolutely adorable and now that I am on a bit of a hiatus with my cookies...need to start exploring some other fabulous recipes.
We are throwing an engagement party next month and I have been trying to think of an easy, make-ahead dessert...and I think I have found my answer in the cake pop. I have ordered the fabulous Bakerella "Cake Pops" cookbook and cannot wait to take a stab at these little delights!!

DIY Party Favors
I am having some girls over for dinner this Friday and am looking for a cute party favor to send everyone home with at the end of the night. Some of these ideas would also be great holiday gifts...the gifts look relatively simple to put together and I always feel that something homemade adds a special touch.
D.I.Y Hot Cacoa Favors: Check out the simple instructions over on Ruffled.
This S'mores Kit would be more appropriate for a holiday gift as it looks as though the process of putting it all together is a bit more extensive...but the final product looks like it would be worth the time!

Baby Shower
I can't believe that I am going to be an aunt in less than two months! This past weekend my mom and I threw a shower for Kristin...we had tons of fun getting everything put together and prepared for the soon to be new addition to our family. The weather was absolutely awful on Saturday- loved being inside with the fire, champagne, treats and surrounded by our family.

Maptote
For those of you who know me, you could confirm that I am a tote freak...it's a bit of a problem, but I tell myself that there could be a lot more worse things to be addicted to than monogrammed tote bags. That being said, I am always on the look out for new, adorable totes.

I recently have had my eye on these maptotes which are actually wine carriers...what could be better...combining two of my favorite things...wine and totes?! I think these could be adorable gifts or party favors. Check out maptote website, the company has them for all different places- Brooklyn, Manhattan, Philly, etc.
I also am in love with their mapnotes which would be absolutely perfect for a finishing touch on a bag of Sweet Jennies cookies!
Hope you all are having a great start to your week!
Milk and Cookies

Katie's Birthday
Last night we celebrated one of my oldest friend's birthday...Happy 30th Katie! We had a cooking class with the amazing chef, Jan Scharetg...cosmos, pasta and prawns, flourless cake, candles and champers...the evening was a total blast! Katie is such an amazing friend and everyone had a reason to toast the birthday girl.
