Aedrial Originals

I have lately become obsessed with Pinterest...such a fun way to share ideas! I am on the hunt for a good cake plate and thru Pinterest discovered this adorable etsy store- Aedrial Originals.

Here are some things on my wish list from this store:

Every Girl Needs a Crown...

Sterl gets home from London this weekend and my mom & I want to do something special for her to kick off her wedding week...throwing her a royal wedding shower...with a pink and green theme...I found this crown for our bride to be...Etsy saves the day once again!

kate middleton has nothing on you sterl.

It's a Wrap...

Happy Friday! This week has been so stormy and gross in San Francisco- but I must admit, I love the excuse to stay inside and hunker down. I make the compost cookies earlier this week and am looking forward to wrapping them up for my friends...not sure what they will think of the Reeses, Raisinets, Peanut Butter M&Ms, malt balls, pretzel and Frito's mix (do you think I went a little overboard? the cashier at Walgreens looked at me as if I was a total slob.)

One of my favorite things about baking is the packaging. Here are some of my latest packaging finds this week...spotted on You are my Fave.
look how sweet the little transparent sticker dots make this card. Thanks to Tokketok for sharing.

The polka dot stickers were bought over at the Etsy, Romantic Pink store. Love this store- check out these great finds:
I showed these to my mom because I thought she would love them...but she made sure to let me know that know that the french words on the packaging make no sense...oh well, still cute!

We have almost made it to the weekend...thank god.
Enough with the Keep Calm, Carry On...we all know how we really are feeling:

Leave it to Etsy to have these posters- click here to start your shopping.

Emerald & Ella

I am starting to think that I should do a weekly post to my newest favorite Etsy store...just when I think I can't find anything cuter...I fall across another store. Today I wanted to share with you my find of the Emerald & Ella etsy shop.

I am starting to think of cute ideas for Easter gifts...think these party supplies could be just what I have been looking for!

Hooray for Etsy- you've done it again.

Paris on the Brain

After yesterday's post, I definitely have Paris on the brain. It's one of those things that now everywhere I look- little bits of Paris are popping up...right here in SF! Thanks to the Calder Clark blog- I discovered these gorgeous prints. I think they would be perfect for a kitchen. You can find these prints from Lucille's Kitchen (etsy, of course).

Just wish I could have an almond croissant right about now...then really would be having a complete Paris day!

Can't Get Enough Monogramming....

I try to improve on my sharing everyday...but there are some days and some occasions when I am just not going to share...most importantly when it comes to sharing dessert...I am buying these spoons for my home- finally a relief from being a total ice cream hog!! Loving these Beach House Living!!

Old New Again

I recently discovered the adorable blog We Met in a Bar- obsessed...and she likes Etsy just as much as me...didn't think that was possible.

Check out these great shop OldNew Again- putting these things on my wish list:

Valentine's Day Pillows

I love Valentine's Day- always a good excuse to bake up sweet treats, tell them people in your life that you love them and surround yourself with pink! To get you all ready for Valentine's Day- wanted to share these pillows...so fun and would be just adorable V-Day gifts. Alexandra Ferguson sells these pillows on her etsy shop- these are some I want to buy for myself:

These pillows are getting me so excited to be in Paris!! Mom- you need to order some of these!

It's Friday...Keep Calm!

I couldn't be happier that it's almost the weekend. My dear friend Marjorie is in town from the east coast and we are heading to Inverness tomorrow. The weather in San Francisco has been gorgeous lately, can't wait to get out and enjoy it.

You all must think that I spend my days roaming thru Etsy...well, that's kinda true, but I just can't get enough- every time I log on, find something else that I love.

Happy Weekend!
here's what my weekend will look like!

here's what john's weekend will look like!

Thank you Poster Pop! I see myself spending lots of money on your etsy site!

City Prints

I have been way off the blogging map...but I am back and want to share with you these adorable prints that I discovered from one of my favorite blogs, Jamie of All Trades.

Not only are the city prints adorable, I love the little note cards too- perfect for a house warming or shower gift. Thank you Albie Designs

What did we ever do before etsy?

Party Pom Poms

Nothing spices up a party more than some hanging pom poms. I have bought them in the past from Lilly Pulitzer and absolutely loved them, but then realized that I can make these at home...and save a penny or two...not sure if my DIY project will be as cute as Lilly's pom poms.

Click here for Martha's instructions- I really like how she has the matching mini pom pom napkin rings:

Here's another idea from the PartyPom's etsy site...not too expensive and super cute...thanks Whitney for sharing this site!

Dish Towels

Since I am attempting to become more of a domestic diva in 2011- I need to start sprucing up my kitchen. There's no way that I can cook up all these recipes when my kitchen is drab and boring. I found these dish towels that will definitely do the trick to heat things up in my kitchen...and would look smashing on your table for a dinner party. I just love them...and etsy too of course!
John is going to love the bike napkin!!

Keep Calm...

Okay...I will admit it- I have the "Keep Calm, Carry On" print in my kitchen and absolutely adore it...inspiration to take a deep breath each morning and when I am burning dinner, etc...but here's another confession...I like this print a whole lot more...being calm all the time is just plain boring.

thank you earmark invitations

Mason Lights

Love love love the vintage look of these mason jar lights. Perfect for a dinner party or wedding. Sweet Jennies cookies look smashing under these lights. Definitely putting these on my wish list this year.
